How does a food and beverage company break into the international beauty market? That’s the question we set out to solve when Peru-based AJE Group approached us to help them tap into the incredible potential behind their company. Specializing in sustainably harvested superfoods from the Amazon, AJE saw the opportunity to bring the nutrient-packed power of their ingredients and climate-positive impact of their environmental initiatives to beauty shoppers around the globe.
Outcomes
Using the outcomes from our discovery phase, we constructed two unique brands: one for the U.S. market and another for Latin America. Backed by strategic brand concepts, unique design languages, full product assortment plans, and packaging suites, each brand harnessed AJE Group’s incredible operational strengths to create emotional resonance with the target customer.
To ensure financial buy-in from AJE’s board, we built financial models and organizational plans to help the company plan ahead, validate the investment, and ensure they would have the resources in place for rapid retail expansion.
